The yacht is a Dreamline DL30, fully customized to meet the owner’s unique requirements.

As part of the extensive modifications, the electronic control and monitoring system was completely redesigned and implemented from the ground up.

The new system was engineered and installed by the Innova Tech team, tailored precisely to the yacht’s updated specifications.

Upgrade of the Temperature Monitoring System
The temperature monitoring system for the vessel’s four main engines was fully upgraded to ensure greater reliability and accuracy.

With the new system in place, the crew can now make precise, real-time adjustments, resulting in improved engine efficiency and a significant reduction in fuel consumption.

Ballast System Control Upgrade
The ballast system of the passenger vessel was upgraded with a modern control solution, enhancing both safety and efficiency.

Multiple HMI control stations were installed, allowing the crew to easily monitor and operate valves and pumps from different locations on board.

The system also integrates alarm functions and automated procedures, ensuring reliable operation and improved ship safety under all conditions.

Custom Digital Switching System
A fully customized digital switching system was designed and implemented for the new-build vessel, providing seamless integration of all onboard peripherals.

Centralized touchscreen control panels allow the crew to easily manage and monitor systems across the boat.

In addition, a dedicated mobile application enables remote control and real-time surveillance of the vessel, ensuring convenience, safety, and full operational awareness from anywhere.

Energy Efficiency Upgrade
An advanced energy consumption metering system was implemented, providing accurate monitoring and in-depth analysis of electrical loads.

The automation of the product transport line was also integrated with a focus on optimizing power usage and improving overall efficiency.

As a result, the process achieved an 18% reduction in energy consumption, delivering both cost savings and a more sustainable operation.

Production Line Automation Upgrade
A new automation system was designed and installed for the product line, replacing the previous setup with a more advanced and reliable solution.

In addition to controlling and monitoring the machines, the system also includes a comprehensive reporting function that records and analyzes machine status in real time. This feature provides detailed information on stop times, run times, fault durations, and overall machine efficiency, giving operators and management valuable insights to optimize production performance.
